Bank of america, had charged me with over draft fee's, even after i showed them where the error was, leading up to 535.00 which i will not pay. Due to this this. It had a huge impact on my on line store causing me alot of problem's, and losing good customer's. I am looking for information for the class action suit that is being filed, i am from connecticut. They have a real scam going, and care nothing about customer satisfaction.
