I bought a new dell they had advertised on tv for 499.99 and free shipping. Well when i got the computer i was cahrged for shipping and i solved that okay. But everytine i call them i get a hazzle about the tel call and all they do is email me what to do and it is do complicated for me. They will not send a technician down or let me take it to a techncian to get it fixed up and are not willing to pay for it my computer isnot even a month old yet and the warranty is for 4 years. Their advertisement are false on tv. They do not back up thier computers. I know iam stuck with it now. I cannot send it back becuase i will have to pay the postage and i should not have to pay for it where it is still on warranty.
