Charged CC on Back Ordered Item

Requested Desk and seats from on of thier online retailers. 24 hours later they charged my CC. Fourteen days approved and that I had noticed nothing and so I called them. They explained that's was backordered and wouldn't deliver till late delayed the following month. I expected for my CC to become acknowledged before product delivered they declined. I've submitted a using the Vancouver BBB http://vi. BBB.org/. It is best to do exactly the same.
