I requested cook containers in Oct wishing to possess them by Holiday, for items. At that time of purchase I had been provided an order confirmation #, and an email verification aswell. Six months later-after not reading something in the organization I eventually got your hands on customer support, simply to be informed they had no report of my purchase. When questioned concerning the purchase confirmation # I'd received, I had been informed that # doesn't imply the purchase was received. Exactly what does it mean? Is that this organization not the same as every additional organization when putting an order. I buy online often and also have never been unhappy. While getting a proof purchase I suppose the purchase is likely to be prepared. Today I'll need to appear elsewhere for Holiday presents.in the place of aid from customer support I obtained a scripted model of the things they needed to state, not useful. I'll never purchase an item out of this organization again and certainly will inform others aswell. Therefore Dissatisfied!!!
