I selected the U300 bundle and 3Mbps download rate. ATT planned me for that installment to happen 3 months after purchasing the bundle. The specialist arrived and invested 7.5 hours determining to obtain the support. He got quite a long time since the ATT wireless device and electronic tuning containers would not function, so he'd to test various types (fresh-out of the container) till he discovered some that worked. He quit the home at 9:30PM. He was skilled and did a great work. Nevertheless, after he quit, I observed my Television movie was wearing down (lost pixels). And so I subsequently attempted to find out exactly what the bandwidth was and calculated on average only 0.7 Mbps. I named ATT and got moved around till they related me having a help-line which was likely to cost me to repair their installation. I hang-up and visited the ATT shop 24 hours later (where I registered for that support). They held moving me around aswell. Lastly I acquired the man in the shop who stated he might repair it. He planned me for another specialist in the future out 2 days later. I waited, and waited, and waited. The specialist never confirmed. I returned towards the shop plus they set me touching the "ATT assistant" support. More sales chat. After detailing anything over, and over, and over, they ultimately attributed some water trickle in Mo someplace that flooded available personal computers. So that they stated they'd deliver another specialist out. I ultimately terminated my purchase and returned to Timewarner. ATT includes a lot to understand about customer support. I dropped more than 14 hours of company because of their mess.
