5-web.com
You cancel subscription via two forms, email and paypal, they don't refund your money, they still charge, and they still don't deliver goods

Internet & Web

I had notified this company 5-web, via this rude person at their customer care email and told them that I NO longer desired my subscription with them because they never delivered the right amount of goods no matter how many emails you sent to them. I left an email for them to cancel my subscription, and I also canceled it via paypal, but they still charged the money anyway. Paypal is investigating, but they usually don't get involved in things that don't involve "ebay" they told me. I have already contacted my credit card and disputed this w / them and am awaiting a response, so they are investigating as well. The person emailed me this morning and told me "I should take responsibility for my own actions". What is that? That I
1. Canceled via a verified email contact address they had on file with paypal
and 2, that I canceled via paypal. And the fraudulent part about all this, is that not only are they blaming me for not canceling which I did, and I have proof, they won't refund for the week OR give me the goods for the week.
Can you spell fraud? This company is it. Stay AWAY at all costs. Filing w / the IFD as well.
