False Information

On their website it does not state anything about charging $79.95. It isn't till you get the software in the mail that it states that they will be charging you for the software. It doesn't even say how much they will be charging you. You have to call to find this out.

At the time we called their systems were down, and they could not cancel the account.

We were told to call back later that day. We called 3 times that day and were finally told by the person we called that they would fax a screen shot to their corporate office stating that we wanted to cancel this account and that the problem would be resolved.

A week later we were then charged $79.95 for this, and when we called their number again, we were still told that they couldn't get into the system.

At this time we were then overdrafted on our account.

As of this report we are still trying to get this resolved through this company, but I don't have any faith in them.

I wouldn't be surprised if this is a front end operation for another company. When I asked for a corporate telephone number, I was told that they didn't have one, and that the only way they have contact is through email.
