Ripped me off 2 times. And now trying for a 3rd. Time. Fort worth

Ipped me off 2 times then started to take money out of my account almost a yr. Later. The first time i got a policy with them the company they used went bankrupt and they never told me till i needed them. So they then resigned me to anther company and i pay the start up price and never heard from them again no mail no charges nothing. So i figured they shafted me again, and yes i just let it go because i didn't what to dill with it. Now they stared charging my account almost a yr. Later $169.60. Then would not let me cancel my so called policy because i now live in Louisiana and couldn't walk in to there lakeworth, TX store to cancel. I tryed to get them to fax the papers to cancel, but the regional manager (Hernandez) would not help me didn't even give me my so called member number. When i asked for his boss or corporate he told me he was no longer going to talk with me. Well now i thretened a lawsiut and what do u know he gave me the corporate number. So far they are being nice but im still wating to get a call back from the corporate manager because they need to find my policy number first and they are having a hard time finding it. That branch needs to be removed and i hope corporate helps me otherwise i need a lawyer.
