18 months of credit card payments. They credited once on calling then continued for another 12 months

For 18 months we received charges on our credit card. 6 months in saw and tried to cancel the credit the card for one month and continued to charge it for the next 12 months. Is there a class action law suit for this company? How do you file apparently we are not the only ones.
