I signed up for my "free" credit report last summer, it never worked - so I attempted to cancel for months. I finally was able to formally cancel in January. I was charged for 5 months, and they agreed to credit me for the months, and they did. A month later, the recharged me the 5 months they had previously credited me for. When I called them, they mysteriously don't have my credit card number on file, and cant find the "charges" in which I'm referring - because neither my account or card number are on file. Such a fraud, I contacted my credit card company and canceled my credit card. I'm concerned that this scam of a company has my social security number, and identity, what other unethical things are they doing...
