Our bill for this month included a $121.00 overage charge! Making the total Internet bill for the month $158.00!!! The deceptive part of it all is that we were never given a contract, or printout, detailing all the charges, or possible charges, of the plan we were sold. What we thought was a reasonable plan, turned out to be anything but reasonable! Unlimited Internet is the normal practice all over the country. I have had many plans over the years and never received an "overage" charge of any kind! I was just laid off 12/24, and this is not the kind of "present" I needed. I need the Internet to search for a new job, but I don't need GCI and their BS charges!
