My business and personal accounts were placed on administration hold before court hearing with pervious landlord. I have incured 450.00 in NSF and other fees

I was renting office space from a landlord who had his heating and cooling hooked up to my electrical box. My bills where outrageous and when he was approached he deducted from the month rent amount. But he fail to correct the problems with in the building. Ron Prichard the owner of the building and and an insurance agent refused to provide information requested according to guidelines. He then obtained an attorney who sent a letter to BB&T and my account was placed on adminstration hold. I was not aware of this process because his attorney held my copy of the letter for a week. She also tried to get the heaing that I requested and was granted by the judge. He would not allow this. However, the court date was rescheduled and he was given more money that the judge ordered. Due to the codes sites accroding to the state govening law. I want to be re-imbursement for the money taken from my account and be re-inbursed for the charges incured.
