I ordered the complete Knots Landing, payment processed immediately. Of 4 volumes only #3 and 4 were received "from China" very bad quality. Company will not respond to my e mails

I ordered the complete set of Knots Landing. Payment was processed immediately, waited 4 weeks until I was notified that order was processed. Two weeks later order was received. Of 4 volumes, only volume 3 and 4 were received in very bad quality. Order was shipped from China. Company will not respond to e mail requests as to the balance of order and the extremely poor quality of dvds.
