Ordered "complete" set of Knots Landing. Several episodes were missing, some CDs were blank and others were duplicates. I sent an e-mail with a complete outline of the discrepancies and received an e-mail back saying replacement CDs would be sent 2-3 weeks. That was 6 weeks ago. They do not return e-mails. There is no phone number. My next step will be to contact my bank along with other authorites. Do not buy from them, no matter how badly you want these programs.
