I ordered a dvd box set from www.theplanetdvd.com on the 9th of May. They confirmed the order via email and took money from my account on the 12th of May.

The company seemed legit at first, they sent a confirmation e-mail and estimated arrival date etc.

I emailed them through their site to ask why on my credit card statement, the payment was taken by The Super store and not THePlanetDVD. I received a reply asking how they could help, and what questions i had.

The dvds did not arrive. So i emailed again through the site, and i e-mailed admin@theplanetdvd.com. And never recieved any further responses. The billing on my credit card included a Phone number in the 703 area code, i called several times, no response there either. I called it again today 6/24 and now i get a message saying the person i am calling is not accepting calls at this time and it hangs up.

The dvds have still not arrived as of today 6/24, and having seen consumer reports on the internet about them being a scam company, I have informed by bank and my account card number has now been changed to prevent further fraud.
