Cannot remove MSN program after cancelling, blamed for crashes

I'm with AOL, Microsoft when i called to see what there programs were available, i agreed to go to msn, then at the same time canceled out. Because I didn't like there set up it to me was very confusing. Being a new computer user.

After cancelation I can't get the msn program out of my system, I then called Hewlett Packard and they told me that i was having online crashes because of msn. Was blocking the internet now this problem stays with me. When i called msn back they said it wasn't their problem. These people will do anything to get your business.
