Ripoff business from hell

Im with aol, microsoft when i called to see what there programs were avalible, i agreed to go to msn, then at the same time canceled out. Because I didn't like there set up it to me was very confusing. Being a new computer user.

After cancelation I can't get the msn program out of my system, I then called hewlet packard and they told me that i was having online crashs beacause of msn. Was blocking the internet now this problem stays with me. When i called msn back thy said it wasn't ther proplom. These people will do anything to get your bisuness.
