Induvia Web Design, Did not honor their contract

We entered into a written contract with DJ Wimberly's Company called Induvia or Musicmakers.com They were to provide us with a web site with in 30 days. The contract was written in July and it's December with no Web Site. Their contract clearly states that you have a risk free, money back satisfaction guarantee. We can not get them to finish or send us the files so we can get it finished. We have e-mails from Andrew stating at least 10 different delays. You would find it impossible to get ahold of them on the phone. But here's Adrew's number if you need it 866-364-0034 Ext 701.
