Ripoff dishonest deceptive business practice

I saw a report on the web on this company and its president Nick Daughtrey. The Complaint was filed from Deer Park, Texas from a person named Matt. After seeing his complaint, I was encouraged to file my own.

I and a collegue of mine entered into an agreement with Nick D. President of One force marketing for the purchase of a DVD Rental Machine NQV99. The agreement was dated July 31st 2004. According to the contract, the machine would be delivered and installed within 90 days of this date. Before signing the contract, we had extensive email communications with Nick. He promised us, in writing, that if we decided to cancel or if the machine was not delivered, we would get 100% of our money back. Along with the contract, we gave Nick $15,900.00 as the down payment of this machine. Around April time frame, well beyond the 90 day period, we decided that Nick was not going to honor our contract. We decided to cancel and asked for our money back. He downright refused to give our money back even after we referered him to the written facts regarding the refund. Nick is in violation of the contract. He is in violation of the written assurances he gave us. We ask that Nick honor his contract and his written assurances and give us a refund.

Nick never gave us a refund. We went to BBB and won an arbitration against him. He was due to pay us a full refund in 90 days. The 90 days expired in March '06. Still no money.
