Scams thousands into purchasing product that is never delivered

Daniel O'Rear, owner of the fake shopping cart website www.floridasponges.com has been scamming thousands of the last several years. I got sucked into his money scam as well.
His website sells sea sponges and gourmet soaps. What is interesting is how he hooks you. First, his prices are incredibly low (turns out they are the same prices that he put in back in 2004 when he created the website). Second, he is a manipulative bastard.
At first, he knows you will wait about a week or so before realizing that the product has not arrived. Then when you e-mail him at info@floridasponges.com or any of the company e-mails listed, he wont respond and he won't pickup his phone (which is now 813-604-2365).
Then after a second e-mail or phone call, he will respond and string you along with messages like: 'Am out of stock, but will be getting some next week, hang in there please'.
