I ordered a Wii system on 2/7/08, it will be a month this Friday and I have yet to receive any Wii product. They advertise that it will ship the same day once they clear your payment. However, if you read the 'fine print' it does explain that you may wait for a month to get your product if they are awaiting a shipment. If they go over a month then they are supposed to send you an e-mail (we shall see, but I doubt if I receive one). I had to send them two e-mails asking when they were getting a shipment it (I'm assuming that's the problem since I did not receive my Wii). After two e-mails they sent me an e-mail response stating that I will receive it the following week (which was last week). However, I saw on their website that there was a storm in NY. So I sent another e-mail asking about the shipment since they had a storm. Of course no response.

I feel they are not really professional, it is always something. The phones are down, no one answers the e-mails right away like they advertise and now the website is completely down. When you call after hours you just get a man telling you to call during business hours but he doesn't give you the time that they are there. Even the e-mail that was sent to me was very plain and unprofessional - just you will receive your package next week - no 'I'm sorry for the inconvenience'. Nothing. I too will never do business with them and I really want my money back and I wish they would ask for a restocking fee.

Ultimately, I understand things come up but if you are in business treat your consumers' right. I didn't make them wait a month to give them money so don't make me wait for a month or more to get my product. I am also really considering reporting them to BBB.
