Classroom Management 101 - Lee McIntyre
Get more momentum.com Refused refund even though I cancelled the subscription within the time frame - say I didn't cancel it

Internet & Web

I signed up for a 14 day trial with Lee McIntyre's Getmoremomentum - gold coaching.
I wanted to see what all the fuss was about but knew I was going to cancel as I couldn't afford 65 per month. I signed up on 3rd November and cancelled on 5th November. Received an email saying I'd cancelled but as luck would have it my email went down and I lost a whole batch of emails - and of course the one from Lee McIntyre was among them!!! I sent a support ticket when I discovered they had taken 65 off my Credit card and was told I didn't exist on their database. Yet they were still emailing me?! They refuted that I had ever cancelled and of course I couldn't prove it.

I explained that I was a pensioner and 65 is half my weeks pension, but they couldn't have cared less - offered me a $475 course - how exactly is that going to help me?
The last support ticket I send they didn't even bother to reply to.

He prides himself on honesty and ethics! Yeah right!!! If that's honest and ethical I'm an Easter bunny.
