Bill McIntyre states that he will give a home owner a "good deal" for repairing roof from Hurricane Ike in Houston. Claims to have many businesses such as a construction business, building of new homes, news services and on and on. He is a jack of all trades and master of deceit.

Regarding my home, I have amount in writing from him. The Hurricane was in September and no work performed except for his mouth with lies and the use harsh profanity such as f-u and mf - over the phone when inquiry is made. My check was cashed quickly as he claims deal had to come with the purchasing of the materials. I believe he uses subcontractors and rips them off too.

Several calls and mail has been sent to him, but no money has been refunded by this crook. I had to hire an attorney. Since then, I have found out that he has had several lawsuits of breach of contract and evictions in the DFW area. This man is lethal regarding deceit to consumers. He is not to be trusted based on my experience and is a manipulator who claims he went to Morehouse College. That is also to be confirmed. Buyer be aware. Very aware. He disguises the T in his name so it makes it harder to do a background check. The T stands for Thelton and from there one can find out a lot from this viscous, evil crook.

Also, ladies, please beware, he demeans single women greatly and tries to manipulate them into thinking that he is your friend. Don't let this happen to you.
