Charged credit card, extinuating circumstances, no terms and conditions provided

I had ordered on a Sunday, did not see any terms and conditions, only the free kit with only a $1 to ship. Logged in on that day. Unfortunately, I that day received a call that my brother had been murdered and had to leave town. Again, not terms were seen by me, did not take any numbers or have access to a computer. I did not know anything about any more charges until Thanksgiving day, when I was driving home and could not use my bank card. Come to find out I had a charge for $129.95 for some company I did not recognize. Called them to be told, oops, you made a mistake and did not cancel withing the three days. Explained my situation, no exceptions will be made. The company has a strict policy, one time fee non refundable. You should have read the terms and conditions. After a 30 or so minute phone call, he simply said, there is nothing I can do, it is not my fault you cannot attend your brother's funeral, you agreed to the terms. My account is now overdrawn, costed my an additional $90 which I agreed to absord if he would just refund fee. He said, no can do. I have strict rules, cannot refund. Pituful story, I am not the kind who lives with so little money, but due to the last year, divorce, bankruptcy, etc, started over and have to these days. All anyone has to do is look at KXAN.com and see I am telling the truth about the situation with my brother, murder in Briggs Texas. Please take this and do with whatever, just know, companies and people like this rip people off every day.
