Rip-off by not sending rebate. Fraudulent, misleading, consumer rip-off fraud

Please find below copy of an e-mail I sent to "Easier Rebates" in regards to my claim. I went to Office Max to purchase a computer monitor on 5th March. I chose the Logisys model because there was a mail-in rebate, which, after receiving the rebate, was more cost effective than the other models I was looking at. I submitted the details, receipt (and UPC code from the box) and mailed them to "Easier Rebates" (they obviously received - see below).

I duly waited the six weeks (as per the understanding), and after I did not hearanything, decided to investigate. To date, even after sending the e-mail below. I have not received ANY response whatsoever. I can't help wondering whether this is also a "ploy" by the manufacturing companies (in this case Logisys) just to get you to buy their product. It is not only the amount, it is the principle involved. I will keep you posted of any updates.

On the 5th March I purchased the LOgisys LGX 710 Monitor from Office
Max.

I sent the rebate claim to you on 7th March, and to date have not
received anything.

I went to your website, and it came up with:-

The wrong UPC (bar code) was sent in.
PO Boxes are not allowed as specified by the manufacturer. Please send us a

Firstly, I SENT the bar code from the box with my submisssion.
