On Sunday, April 27, I received an eBay 'Item Won' confirmation that I had won the bidding on two (2) PC1066 RDRAM RIMMs (eBay Item #2725009014). On Monday, April 28, I mailed to the seller a US Postal Money Order (#05097405508) in the amount of $187.50 ($172.50 for the item & $15.00 shipping).
On Wednesday, May 7, I received an email from Phil Parana stating that he received the money order. (I mailed the money order to the Texas address shown on the winning bid announcement.) The delay in receiving the US Postal Service money order was due to the fact that he had moved to Florida.
On Monday, May 12, I received another email from Phil Parana stating the he needed my physical address. I responded with my physical address (402 W Maxwell St, DeWitt, AR 72042).
On Tuesday, May 13, I received the UPS Next Day Air envelope with two (2) CRIMs (not what was won on eBay). I emailed Phil Parana that instant to tell him of the error. He emailed me back saying "Hey Jay, I think my shipper sent the wrong item to me, I will get new ones out thanks!"
On Tuesday, May 13, I emailed asking for the address to return the erroneous chips. On Thursday, May 15, I emailed asking the status and a return address to send back the incorrect merchandise. He emailed me back stating "will send new ones as soon as i get them. Thanks"
On Monday, May 19, I emailed asking about the status of the eBay merchandise I'd won. Phil Parana emailed me back giving me his physical address "Hey Jay, Mail them back to:

And I will get the new ones out asap.

On that same day, I mailed, via Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation (#0304 7990 0001 7271 1694). On Thursday, May 22, I emailed him asking to advise me when he receives the returned CRIMs. On Saturday, May 24, I received the following from Phil Parana "Return recived will be shipping out shortly."
After several addition emails to Phil Parana without response, I filed on Sunday, June 22 an eBay Fraud Complaint. Phil Parana's email address (texasdeals@hotmail.com) was returning my emails. The phone number I had obtained from eBay was disconnected.
