My online profit house (as shown on bank statement) Google Works Online SCAM! Is NOT associated with Google in any way shape or form!

I signed up for Google Works in the hopes of starting an online business only to find that Google had nothing to do with this company at all! I paid the $. 99 shipping & handling that was offered and was told on the website for Google Works that it would be Free other than the shipping & handling; but then all of a sudden I received a confirmation email receipt of purchase stating: Following your free trial period, you will be billed $74.97 monthly until canceled. To cancel at any time, call customer support at 877-204-7404.

So, of course I immediately called them up & sat on hold for 35 mins to talk to a cust svc rep stating that she could bring down the amount to $2.96/month! I advised her under no circumstances did I want any amount to be automatically withdrawn from my account to them!

She then continued to constantly "push/sell" with me to get me to keep this "program". I finally had to tell her that she was now frustrating me and for the 10th time "I do not want this & to please cancel this now!

Finally she said that she could "assure" me that it is canceled. I requested a confirmation email stating the cancellation but she refused. I advised her that I think this is definitely a scam as "you can send me a confirmation receipt of purchase, but not of a cancellation?!" she still refused.

I advised her I need her full name, contact info & supervisor's name and that if I do see any charges I will seek legal counsel!

I then noticed on my email that not only did this company send me a receipt of purchase for this online money making kit but I also received an email from a company called: The Expense Tracker (also known as easy2trac.com as seen on bank statement) for help with tracking finances. Huh??!!

And, to make matters worse; I would've been billed an additional: $19.97/month stating this: Following your free trial period, you will be billed $19.97 monthly until cancelled. To cancel at any time, call customer support at 888-397-8722.

Funny, I don't remember requesting this as well as just a simple kit on C.D. Showing me how to make money using Google! So, I had to call them as well to cancel. I sat on hold for another 45 mins. Talked with another cus svc rep.

He was helpful, he immediately gave me cancel confirmation # and sent me the cancellation confirmation email I had wanted all along, but unfortunately only from this company: the expense tracker. I said thank you so much, you did more for me than the last company did. He did also advise me that my cancellation is complete for both companies and said that "had I not been in a hurry because it's Fri and I'm off in 3 minutes I probably would be harder to deal with!"

So, unfortunately I will still have a charge of $. 99 on my debit card, but I guess it's better than almost $100.00 a month!

I did some research, well my husband did anyway; that Google is Not hiring at all so any companies that offer this so called "kit" is a Scam!!
