Ripoff deceptive company

First part of October signed up for free trial with MSN via internet. Sent a cancellation notice last week October received acknowledgement of this cancellation stating cancellation confirmed by MSN, dates, initials, etc. (Saved this info in a special folder).

May 5 MSN billed my debit bank account for 21.95. Actual billing info said: Microsoft Online Svcs bill. Ms.net WA. I disputed the claim, finally got my money back temporarily. Have tried to email MSN, can't do it. Have tried to go into MSN with the confirmation of cancellation, site moved, no such address., etc. Etc. I kept AOL online all the time.

MSN decided to bill me 7 months later for something I never used. Their advertisement says you can cancel anytime before the trial period is over and never be billed, I cancelled right away and was billed "down the road" 7 months later for??? I had to cancel my old AOL account and take my debit # off the computer, change credit cards, all because of a company that can't get its billing right. Now I know why others switch back or go to another company.
