Scammed me out of my money - beware of internet fraud from these people county durham consett

This company is a complete scam. I made the arrangements on Friday which initially only cost $1.97. They some how added an additional dollar in the process. I thought that was to be expected. I called during the regular business hours to cancel on the same day and the phone hung up. This raised red flags so I then called back from another number and it did the same thing for the entire weekend. I've sent several emails and there is no such thing as a support team this is all a scam to get your money.

Monday I called again and sent another email but I did not receive a response; however, my account currently has a pending charge. My bank is investigating this as fruadulent activity. If it were not for my sending emails there would have been no indication that I ever called at all. I wish there was something more I can do to internet scammers to put them out of business. I am furious right now and still thinking of what other sites are out here to post this information to make the public aware of professional internet scams.

I called today and finally the call went through. After I waited on hold for 35 minutes the voice ended the call after stating that you will be on hold for another hour before anyone else can assist you. I am in utter disbelief of this operation. Whats worse is you can not even reply to the message they send you. It comes back as undeliverable.
