Department Law of Investigation Claimed that I owed for an internet loan

Received a phone call today from a phone number from Michigan. When I went to call back I found that the number was disconnected. They had left a message but it was inaudible. They called back from the same number, again when trying to call back found that the number was disconnected. I was able to make out the call back number that they left. This number sent me to New York.

Once talking to them they said they were working for Cashnet Marketing and that I had had received an payday loan back in August or September and that I had not paid. After about 10 minutes I was able to get a bit of information from him. Was going to call my law friend to get some suggestions on how to proceed. Called them back and was given two options and that I had 1 hour or he was sending someone "to put me behind bars". I told him that I needed time to research this as I didn't believe that this was my loan. He asked me how they had 17 counts of internet fraud on me, which went up from 12 from the first call when explaining all the details. I responded with how can I have my bank records for that account and none show a deposit for that amount from cashnet or any other internet source. At that point I told him that I needed to talk to someone else and would be back in contact. Then I searched the internet and found the loads of information about these jokers. Just like everyone else, they had all my information, some wasn't current, but enough to make me worry.
It has been an hour since I last spoke with them and they have yet to call back, as I am not going to contact them anymore. Seeing how when they do call back it usually ends up in a yelling match with them belittling the callers who caught them in their scam.
