K2 Smokes took money but never sent cigarettes

Ordered 3 cartons of cigarettes on 21Jan10. $50.97 was deducted from my checking account. The expected arrival date was 01Feb10 to 03Mar10. It is now 11Mar10. I have sent an email every day. There has been no response.

I found Astral Internet on the web and am going to try to call the number listed but I seriously doubt if I will ever get my money back or receive my order.

I will be turning this in to the Fair Trade Commission and my State representative office.

This is not right.
