Could Not Reach Anyone to Cancel Trial Membership Despite Posted Hours

This company is a load of crap I was not able to contact anyone to cancel my membership at the end of my free trial [on a Monday morning]. The automated operator says they are closed but listed on the site and according to the normal business hours they are supposed to be open. Then the c. S number disappears.
