On 8/4/07, i was viewing my checking account statement online. I noticed a charged that posted to my account on 8/3... I said to myself what the heck is easy saver and for $14.95. I called the 800 number provided on my back statement 800-262-6199.

It said the following:

Thanks you for calling membership services our customer services department is currently closed. However, we may still be able to assist you with your need. Please enter your telephone number now.

I entered a fake phone number 805-111-5555...

One moment while we access your account...

I'm sorry we didn't recognize that number...

Please hold while we transfer you to the next available agent...

If you would like to cancel your member ship feel free to use our website at cancel. Myeasysaver.com. Again there is no need to enter www before this address.

I will transfer you to an agent now...

The membership services department is currently closed. Our normal business hours are 9:00am to 5:30pm eastern standard time, monday thru friday. Your call is very important to us. Please call us during normal business hours. Thank you.

So i called my bank and said to them that i did not authorize this transaction. They then in turn transferred me to the fraud department... I have canceled that credit card so no further transactions can be taken from my account.
