When you click on the link you get to the next page that tells you "Hurry, Only 46 Slots Open" with a running counter below it (this really depends on what page you end up, at the minimum you will have a counter showing you 10 minutes counting backwards).

Now you might start feeling that you need to hurry, so you enter your name, address, e-mail and phone number and than you click on rush me my kit (by the way, you'll never get anything in the mail). Next page tells you "Hurry, Only 32 Slots Open".. Wow, now you have to hurry, don't want to loose that opportunity, and since the page looks pretty much the same as before except it shows you "Please cover $1.95" and asks you for your credit card information.
