Online college and franchise business advertiser misrepresents itself as a jobs board - provides nothing but expired jobs and work-at-home scams

I receive emails regularly from job.com since I registered. Every time I click on a link it pops up a page for Phoenix University. Under self-employment options it links to a franchise opportunity page.

When I click on a job link, the job is either expired or the page is blank. It's that simple.
