These people are absolute rip off merchants. They advertise a 99 cent one-day trial and then they tell you next day that they have "upgraded" you to "Premium Membership" and taken $39 from your bank account. They say you can cancel but if you try to cancel nothing happens. I have emailed them many times both from their website and on their so-called customer services address and no-one ever replies. I understand from another report that they are likely to take more money from my account. I am going to have to get rid of the card they took the money from to prevent them taking any more. This is outrageous — how can they be stopped?
