I signed up for what was suppose to be a 1 day trial on ZML3.com and canceled account after finding out files did not work. I was automatically upgraded to a premium membership which I never authorized even after I canceled the account.
My credit card was charged and I can't get any formal response only a email from tickets@in2video.net state to refer to a ticket number to follow up. No response to my follow up except the same auto response with a new ticket number.
I just received another email for Filepie.com that my account was upgraded and my credit card was charged. I never signed up for an account on this site and got the sate auto message of a ticket number from IN2Video.net Support (tickets@in2video.net.
