Over charged credit card for a service

I received medical advise from this company with my agreement topay $25.00. They placed a charge on my credit card for$50.00.

I have sent them three e-mails about this over charge and ask them to refund my account for the $25.00. I have given them24 hours to respond to my complaint. They will not contact meabout this over charge. I have also been in contact with my creditcard company. It takes many weeks to complete this process. Iwould suggest not using this company that uses unfair prac. With your credit card.
