Tricked and lied to us

They told us that they would give us a deal on display model of a Compac computer and printer. When we picked it up the following day and set it up the disk drives wouldn't open the printer was was bad and there was nothing set up on the computer. Not even windows. We gave them a call and were told to bring it back and so we did.

When we picked it up and hooked it up again we found that nothing was done to fix it. I went back to the store to make a complaint and found that the display that we were suppose to have bought was still there as a display. They didn't give us the correct computer and when I comfronted them about it they gave me a run-a-round. We had to order the disks for windows and every thing else that was suppose to come with the computer and pay extra for them.

Now the motor fan is broke and they say that there is no warranty because it was a disply model. We also found out that the deal that we got was only $75.00 off the regular price. We are still waiting for our discount and our response to our repeated phone calls to them and it has been 2 years. Stay away from circuit city at all costs.
