Never ordered service

Net-Zero continues to be subtracting $14.95 from my bill monthly. I called many times to stop. They've no verification of who registered for that support and wouldn't stop the consideration. They directed me to document a scam alert with my lender to obtain my credit back and stop the consideration.

Horrible service - Not Really A trustworthy company - Am seeking appropriate motion to get a complete refund.
