These people gather lists of people who are looking for a job, set's up interviews ans never call. It happened to over twenty people on my list. They set up two interviews and never called anyone either time. I don't know what they get out of it, but someone said maybe they sell the email addresses to headhunters. I emailed the list of people and asked if everyone had the same experience.
