The Check ISN'T in the Mail

I returned a Jack's Mannequin custom hoodie to Go Merch on January 27. Despite many e mails, phone calls and fax of the U.S. Postal Service Delivery Confirmation Receipt, I still have not received the promised refund of $35. Oo. The last phone call I made to Go Merch was in August and Heather told me, " the check was in the mail!" Don't trust this comapny!
