Scam and rip off

After I obtained my Verizon statement in May of this past year I named the payment division and asked a sum under ILD Teleservices of 13.22. The repetition explained that it had been an additional telecommunications charge that were elevated which there is nothing I really could do about this because the Authorities had elevated the price. And so I have now been spending this charge all-year.

After I received this monthis payment (Jan) my ILD Teleservices risen to $44.41. I named Verizon to ask about it and was informed they don't cost this this company. It's something independent of these and that I should have authorized it. Used to do not accept of, it to my understanding. I had been provided another quantity to phone and continued store for nicely into an hour or so simply to be responded having a 'sorry mam, but we're the 3rd party who the payment for the corporation and also you would need to call 866-... To stop the company. It's to get a cellular ansering service.' To my remembrance, I don't, and also have never required this kind of support. After I named that quantity I had been placed on store for just one half-hour and quit. Is that this fraud along with a fraud? Why are Verizon taking part in this kind of fraud by permitting the corporation to bill clients on the expenses?
