Phony billing on Verizon Acct

I got me Verizon bill also it had a fee for identification Lifeguard Credit for 12.95 per month. I named both Verizon and ILD to issue the cost. Verizon just mentioned they obtained this cost via a merchant. Verizon decided to credit me and prevent any potential costs. Why does Verizon take these costs? May I put up a merchant account to statement people through Verizon? It simply doesnt look right. I named ILD plus they stated I or somebody in my own home registered for this regular credit monitoring support.in that case, I never received something within the email or e-mail associated with their solutions. They decided to stop as well as credit my bill. It sure smells just like a fraud. I'll check my statement to determine when the breaks are utilized.
