No phone service

The phone point visiting the the telephone post before our house was cut and lying-in the road. The support to the phone and fax lines stopped. After wading through Verizonis 800-number repair-service, we were educated the fix couldn't be planned for 5 times or till next Wednesday, by 6 pm. THE REPAIR WAS CALLED IN TODAY-FRIDAY ABOUT MIDDAY.

Obviously, Verizon is really short-staffed for restoration function, it'll consider 5 TIMES in order for them to repair the the point. These were mellow concerning the point being within the road, and recommended we contact law enforcement to get rid of the point in the road.
