Cheap Domains AU Cheap Domains Australia assigned my domain to someone else without my permission, Australia

I paid for the following domain on 10th April for my client with registrant and technical contact in my name.

Now when I see the Whois, I find someone else as registrant contact. This is a serious Internet fraud.

I also do not find this domain in my Cheapdomain control panel.

I have tried to call them - but no one is picking up the phone. I even created at least 10 support tickets but they *suck*. I keep getting boilerplate replies.
