Mindless persecution

On 11/19/08 Yahoo blocked us from our email and website. Their reason: 'someone' tried to access our account more than 3 times. Yadayada.in trying to solve the problem we've faxed and emailed all our information, security questions, date of birth, etc.in fact, we've sent them everything but our dna. To no effect. We are still blocked, still out of business and they refuse to help us resolve the issue. Every time we send them information, they ask for information they have already asked for and received. Now they tell us they can't verify our alternate email address, even though in April they asked, via email, if we wanted to change our alternate email address - and we did. Obviously, they dropped the ball and didn't change it. This has completely stopped my husband's only source of income and Yahoo doesn't seem to want to offer any assistance.in fact, they have hung up on me twice! Unbelievable!!
