... Our ipod functioned properly for about a little over a week. Afterwards, it deleted all our songs and has not allowed us to add a single since. My husband has contacted stootsi.com after the warranty but did not receive a response. We wouldn't have been so upset if we had a response... instead we were ignored. We understand company policy but we expected some understanding... That's what set's apart "ma and pa" shops retail or online?!? Perhaps an exchange?
