Was a vendor selling on the web site and the owner collected all the funds and was to deposit the in paypal

I was an active seller on Stootsi.com selling a variety of collectible diecast vehicles.

The web site stated that they would collect all fees and charge a 5% charge and anything money leftover they would deposit it in my paypal account on the 1st and 15th of the month.

When I didn't receive the money in my paypal account I tried contacting the company by phone and found out that the phone was disconnected. After several futile tries the owner Brian emailed me and said he would send me a check.

I had several sales totalling after all expenses $143.00, and on this date 12-21 I tried connecting to their website and found out that they were out of service. I tried to connect to their website several ways and was told they were out of service.
