Stootsi sent defective phone, emailed 9 times, no response, I simply want a phone that works as stated

I bought 3 phones from stootsi and received them on Jan 25th. One is defective and one is a factory irregular. The defective one is a green razr and can only receive sound on the speaker phone. The orange razr has a funny stripe on the numbering but otherwise works ok.

I emailed everyday, 2 times a day, and have sent 9 emails with no repsonse. I will have my attorney use discovery to find out who these people are if I must, but would like to resolve this without litigation. I will be thrilled to supply the name and number of my Beverly Hills attorney.
