EP Technologies - OnlineMySpaceMarketing.com is a scam service who will take your payment and does not deliver the service

I wish I had researched this company more beforehand because I am obviously not the only one with the bad experience. I ordered a 3-day MySpace friends request campaign a week ago and was promised the campaign would begin within 24 hours of purchase. I monitored my site every day and nothing happened, so I started emailing the customer service email several times and never heard back from them. Of course there is no customer service phone number to call either. You should always make sure that any online company has a customer service phone number because if they don't it's most likely a scam. So after almost a week passed by and there was no activity on my MySpace I opened a claim on Paypal. Unfortunately, since this is a digital download purchase, there is no refund and there is nothing Paypal can do about it. I learned my lesson: 1. Don't trust a company without a phone number. 2. Always do your research before buying a product/service online. 3. Never buy anything from onlinemyspacemarketing.com because you will lose your money and not get what you ordered.
